Pepakura, its a pain in the ass yet so meditative. This I did during my x-mas break in 2011, I just did a few coat of resin and sanding on the mask, helmet is still waiting for its love and attention.Note: My custom masks and occasional Pepakura is just a side a hobby I do once in a blue moon and rarely finish due to all the photo and video work I actually do. I humbly request to Please not ask me for files as they are not mine to share. I used Google and sites like the 405th to find my file and this method has served me well in the past.

Thanks from the photobum. As mentioned in past comments, I am happy that everyone like these mask, but the files are not mine to give nor do I really have them anymore. Pepakura is a rare thing I sometimes do when I have nothing better to do or I want/need to build a simple prop or costume quickly for future photo/video shoots. I highly recommend recommend therpf.com or 405th.com or google searches as those have served me well in the past and there are loads of wonderful pepakura modeler willing to help out fellow enthusiast.
